Brockhas been doing good in school! His reading blows my mind! He has turned into a FANTASTIC reader! He is getting ready to start baseball. He still enjoys playing any electronic game and hanging out with his friends. He just can' t understand why I don't let him play everyday after school. He is so excited that next week is our spring break and so am I. I am still having problems with him not back talking and crying over every little thing that he gets told no for. He thinks that he has the meanest parents in the world and he thinks that Grandma and Grandpa can fix everything. Oh well, someday he will look back and realize he didn't have it too bad! That's it for now, I am going to go and enjoy my spring break!

Kiddo Updates!!!
Like normal things have been busy for our family! Jaylee has had to go to the doctor twice in the last 2 weeks. First it was for an ear infection and the second time was for flu like symptoms. The doctor said that she has an abdominal infection and another ear infection! Poor little girl! It makes me so sad when she is sick and I feel like I can't do anything to help her. On a good note she took her first steps on Tuesday! She is such a chicken, but she will get it eventually. She is our little climber girl! She thinks that she is so funny when she climbs up onto things that she know she shouldn't. Here are a few pictures of her doing this!

Jaylee's 1st birthday party!
Jaylee turned one yesterday! I can't believe by little girl is already ONE! We had her birthday party last Saturday. The theme was CUPCAKES! Grandma Annette and Ryan were able to come for the party. I spent a few months trying to figure out what to do for the party. Every time I went out of town I looked for cupcake things. I had great success, because it seems that cupcakes are the fad right now! I also spent numerous hours on the computer looking for cute ideas! It snuck up on me faster than I thought it would. The night before the party I asked my crafting partner in crime, Sady, to come and help me get things done. My sister Mel also came to the rescue. We were up until 2am putting last minute decorations together and picking up my trashed craft room spare room. Jason says I don't have a craft room, but I still call it that. Anyway to see all the decor you can check out my craft blog here.
We had a good turn out and all the kids had a good time! I can't believe that balloons can be so entertaining, especially ones that sing! The most interesting part was when some of the kids were outside playing and they got into a bucket of car oil that Jason had not got rid of yet! I was like great we invited friends over and they leave with oily clothes, shoes, and hair! It was quite humorous to some of the parents and I am not too sure what the others were thinking! Here are some pictures from the party!

Family happenings!
A little about what has been going on with our family!
Jason- He thinks that he can let his dog out and that he won't run out of our yard that is not completely fenced. We boy was he wrong. This has happened several times and Rem has came back, but not Sunday morning. Rem got picked up and put in doggie jail! It was kinda sad, because you can't get your animal out on the weekend. Luckily Rem only had to spend one night there. The positive side about this whole ordeal is that we saw a few puppies, like 7, that are up for adoption at the pound. We think that Rem needs a playmate, so that he doesn't get so lonely and whine every time we pull up to the house and don't let him in with us. So we will see what happens. Also Jason hurt his shoulder several weeks ago and he re-injured it again last night at church basketball. I keep telling him that he needs to go to the doctor and he refuses. I don't know who is more stubborn him or I.
Leslie- I started my new diet last week. I started the hcg diet. It is definitely not the easiest diet, but I am seeing results. I have to give myself a shot everyday and eat only 500 calories. It has been kind of tough, but it will be worth it in the end. Since Sunday I have lost 5 1/2 pounds, so I am way excited! Wish me luck on this adventure!
Brock- Brock has become a reading machine. He loves to read and take AR tests! Not this last weekend but the weekend before we were in Reno and Brock kept saying I need to get new shoes. Finally I took him to the Adidas outlet and he picked out the ones he wanted. I had them measure his foot and he was right at the 1 1/2 mark. I felt so bad because the shoes he had on were a 13! I looked at him and asked if his shoes had been hurting his feet and he said that he just curls his toes up in them and wears them. Poor kid, I felt like I deserved the WORST mother of the year award! He is growing up so fast.
Jaylee- She is so close to walking! Her first tooth finally poked through on the bottom. It still has came all the way up but I can see and feel it. She is such a little DRAMA queen! When she doesn't get her way or something is taken away from her that she isn't suppose to have, then she takes both her hands and places them on her face over her eyes and cheeks and cries. She also knows that if it is just Brock and her in a room that she can cry and get him in trouble even if he doesn't do anything to her. I am a afraid that she might be a handful as she gets older. On the positive side she loves to walk around and hold onto everything. She cries when her dad or I leave the house, which makes me feel loved. She still is such a smiley girl and is so much fun to be around.
Well that sums up things that have been going on around the Jorgensen house lately. I don't have my camera right now to post any pictures so sorry!

Can I freeze time?
I can't believe that Jaylee is 11 months old today! It seems just like yesterday I had her. Where has the time gone? She is so fun to be around. She loves to go to her aunt Stephie's ball games to cheer and clap with the crowd. I decide to make Jaylee, Savannah, and my cousin Jaione (pronounced hi-o-knee) matching Longhorn shirts to wear to the games a couple of weeks ago! They looked so cute in them along with their matching bows. Sorry the next pic is blurry, I stole it off of my mom's face book page!
Jaylee still has no teeth, but we can feel and see them. i hope they start to come in soon, because we have been fighting the fever battle. It seems like since January, Jaylee and I have been sick and just can't seem to get over it completely. Jaylee sure has her mama's temper! When she doesn't like something she is sure to let you know! I am afraid that we might have a nudist on our hands. Jaylee hates to get dressed and especially get her diaper changed. Her newest thing is that she shakes her head NO at you while you change her diaper. She isn't walking by herself yet, but she walks around holding on to everything. She is usually a happy girl and loves to be around people. I can't believe in 4 weeks she will turn 1. I don't want her to grow up!

Happy Valentine's!
This year for Valentine's I was without my hubby again! I hate that he has to work on Valentine's! He was on night shift, so I did get to see him before he left. I took it upon myself to go to the grocery store to buy steaks! This is not always the easiest thing to buy, because I like sirloin and Jason likes rib eyes. He like the fattiest meat, where I prefer no fat. Anyway on with my story. I thought I would be nice to have dinner before Jason left for work. Little did he know that he would be involved with the cooking. I delegated him to cool the steaks while I prepared the rest of the meal. It turned out nice, but we were so rushed! So this is what our Valentine gifts consisted of.
These flowers were mine! Not both from Jason, my sweet sis Mel sent me some too!
Poo-Pourri
This stuff if the funniest thing! On the front it says, "Spritz the bowl before you go and no one else will ever know"! It even gets better, on the back it says, "There once was a young lad from Rhone whose odor he'd rather disown now he is taming his poo by anointing the loo and now happily sits on his throne! It then says, A blend of Natural Essential Oils create a barrier to embarrassing bathroom odors. Then the instructions say, To anoint: Shake well; lift throne (toilet) lid & seat, spray directly onto the surface water until covered (4-6 sprays). Proceed to use throne as usual. I was laughing so hard the first time I read this, but the amazing thing is that it really works! Hopefully you all have a sense of humor and are not disgusted after reading this! Happy Valentine's honey!

We each got a singing balloon. Great minds think alike!
This is what I got Jason!

It's about time!
I haven't blogged about my kid's in awhile do to my crafts being posted on here all the time, but I have fixed that problem! I have created a craft blog! Go HERE to view it! Anyway back to my kids!
Brock- Brock
is the best big brother! He is so good to Jaylee, most of the time. There are times he thinks it is funny to tease her. Brock is starting to read very well! It amazes me how fast they learn to read. He loves to play with his friends, sometimes a little too much. I have had to put restrictions on his playing time. He loves to play his DS, PS3, and the Wii. He is still very picky about what he eats. Still no meat! I hope he will out grow this soon. He just had another performance for Basque dancing in January and he is now waiting for baseball to start. He is excited that he doesn't have to play T-ball anymore!
Jaylee- She is growing up so fast! She is completely weened and has done very well with it. She still has no teeth, but a big bump on the bottom. She loves to pull herself up onto things, especially things that she can push around while she walks. She isn't walking by herself yet, but I think if we practiced a little more with her she would. She isn't big into her baby food. She loves bananas, crackers, any type of potatoes, breads, and ice cream. She is wearing 9-12 month clothes. She seems so little to me, I think this is because Brock was such a big boy! Jaylee loves to dance! When music comes on she bends her knees up and down and shakes her butt. It cracks me up! She loves to cheer at the basketball games and clap her hands when everyone else does. She says mama, dada, bruber (brother), dog, and Mel. She loves to smile and is usually a happy baby. I couldn't resist this picture. She was so tired that she fell asleep while eating cheese stixs!

Jason is ba
ck to work now! He has longer days and comes home really tired. We are thankful that he has a job. He is a great Dad and lately he has been a big help around the house! He even helped me fold the laundry Sunday night! He loves his new dog. He built a dog run and a dog house for Remington. He even had to paint and put shingles on it. I was dying at how much work he put into the dog house, but to top it off he wants vinyl on it that says "House of Remington". I seriously thought I was going to die laughing!
I decided to do our taxes this year with my MIL Annette's help. It was rather easy and I am glad that it is over. I was kind of bummed that we had to mail them in instead of e-filing. The reason was because we took the first time home buyer credit. We had to send in paperwork from the house to prove this. I guess I can't complain too much about mailing it, because if it is going to get us an extra $8,000 back then it is worth it! I have also been trying to keep the house clean and crafting, imagine that! I keep telling my family and friends that I need to check into craftaholics anonymous. I have a serious problem, but at least I can admit it. That is the first step when you have an addiction is to admit the problem. That is as far as it will probably go! I am counting the days down to spring break. I want the cold to go away!

Valentine's heart!
I made this cute heart a couple of weeks ago! I love it! It was so simple. I actually bought the wood already cut out and then I just painted it and added the wire.
